It's a new and clean hotel. The staff is helpful, but not all of its member speak sufficient English. Rating the location is a bit tricky - it depends upon where you need to get from the hotel. Stops for the metro and Marmaray commuter train are both in a walking distance (roughly 20 minutes to each). No proper beach around, but you can take a ferry to the Prince's Islands (takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the ferry station).

The hotel is nice, the room was nice, cleaning every day. The brakfast was abundant. Staff was kind. There is privet parking.

As a hotelier, The hotel location for my self was good, breakfast was very nice with lots of items to chose from. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and the only comment I would say that they were not in uniforms, they were all dressed differently.

A comfortable business hotel in a busy but convenient area of the Asian part of Istanbul. Good proximity to ferries, metro and railway stations. Several nice cafés around. Hotel is used both by tourists and by international patients of a few medical clinics.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Elif and Semih ( and several others but I'm so sorry, I can't remember their names). There was a problem with the shower at the start but it was quickly rectified. Breakfast was an excellent assortment and in the lobby free çay and coffee was available.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff is kind and responsive. Clean, with a pleasant atmosphere and a rich breakfast. We would repeat with pleasure!

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and will definitely be back! 90% of the staff were very friendly and up for a laugh! Engin and Levant (unsure if that's the spelling) were both very nice and a great laugh. They will help you with anything you ask - deffo use translate and some things mean different to them lol! The rooms were very big and spacious. The hotel is close to local restaurants, food chains and not that far from all the main shops.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms exactly as in the photos. Since we were around Bagdad Cad. The location suited us perfectly , but it’s also close to Sabiha G. Airport too. There was a big variety of the breakfast and rooms are clean too.
