The Bostancı Otel

After conducting research, I selected The Bostanci Hotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time i walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that i needed. I highly recommend it!

This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. In my opinion, the place where the hotel is situated perfect, not far from the underground, unfortunately lack of people’s English we have spent whole 1 hour to attempt to find it, (we have not had internet) in addition personal who works in the reception does not know English, it is arduous to inquire and clarify something. Generally everything is ok not bad. Room is tidy, clean. Personals are helpful, polite as well as kind.

It's a new and clean hotel. The staff is helpful, but not all of its member speak sufficient English. Rating the location is a bit tricky - it depends upon where you need to get from the hotel. Stops for the metro and Marmaray commuter train are both in a walking distance (roughly 20 minutes to each). No proper beach around, but you can take a ferry to the Prince's Islands (takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the ferry station).

As a hotelier, The hotel location for my self was good, breakfast was very nice with lots of items to chose from. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and the only comment I would say that they were not in uniforms, they were all dressed differently.
